摘要
与传统高职教育模式相比,现代高职教育重视实践教学,要求强化学生的实践操作职业能力。为完善现代高职实践教学体系,要求对线上线下混合教学模式进行融合发展,该文以高职食品类专业为研究对象,通过对线上微课教学模式的开发与研究,对高职食品专业线上教学模式的构建提供有效建议。
Compared with the traditional mode of higher vocational education,modern higher vocational education attaches importance to practical teaching and requires strengthening students’practical operation vocational ability.In order to improve the practical teaching system of modern higher vocational colleges,it is required to integrate and develop the mixed teaching mode of online and offline teaching.This paper takes the food major of higher vocational colleges as the research object,and provides effective suggestions on the construction of online teaching mode of food major of higher vocational colleges through the development and research of online micro-class teaching mode.
