SMA驱动的膀胱配流阀仿真与实验

Simulation and Experimental Study of SMA-driven Bladder Distributional Valve

摘要 针对重度尿失禁患者并发输尿管逆流问题,提出一种形状记忆合金(SMA)驱动的硅胶膜式膀胱配流阀,建立了驱动元件数学模型和配流阀有限元仿真模型,仿真分析并优化设计了配流阀的结构参数,搭建模拟实验平台实验研究了驱动元件温升特性、尿道尿流率特性、输尿管逆流率特性和配流阀交替启闭特性。结果表明,该阀尿液配流原理可行,启闭特性良好,尿流率特性和逆流率特性满足人体膀胱储排尿要求,结构紧凑,模型有效,可为优化设计适用于临床的膀胱配流阀提供指导,也可为其他人工括约肌的设计提供借鉴和参考。 Aiming at the problem of ureteral reflux in patients with severe urinary incontinence,a silicone membrane bladder distributional valve driven by shape memory alloy is proposed.The mathematical model of the driving element and the finite element simulation model of the valve are established.The structural parameters of the valve are simulated,analyzed and optimized.A simulation experimental platform is built to study the temperature rise characteristics of the driving element,the characteristics of urethral urine flow rate,the characteristics of ureteral reflux rate and the alternating opening and closing characteristics of the valve.The results show that the urine distribution principle of the valve is feasible,the opening and closing characteristics are good,the urine flow rate characteristics and reflux characteristics meet the requirements of human bladder urine storage and excretion,the structure is compact,and the model is effective,which can provide guidance for optimizing the design of bladder valve suitable for clinical use,and can also provide reference for the design of other artificial sphincters.
