基于轴向振动的水力振荡器参数优化

摘要 威远区块页岩气长水平井钻井摩阻大、钻压传递效率低、机械钻速慢,水力振荡器参数选取大多凭借经验,缺乏有效理论指导。考虑水力振荡器轴向振动特性,基Dieterich-Ruina摩擦定律建立起带水力振荡器的水平井摩阻预测模型,通过威远X平台X-1井实测数据验证模型精度。优化结果表明,威远区块页岩气龙马溪组三开215.9 mm井眼中水力振荡器最佳安放位置为距离钻头150 m处,最佳钻井排量不低于35 L/s。现场试验结果表明,采用推荐的优化参数能够大幅提高该区块水平段机械钻速,值得进一步推广应用。研究成果不仅能够为威远区块水平井降摩减阻提供指导,还能为水力振荡器参数优化提供新的思路和方法。 Drilling in long horizontal wells of Weiyuan shale gas block faces difficulties of high friction resistance,low WOB transmission efficiency and low ROP,and the selection of agitator parameters relies mostly on experience and lacks effective theoretical guidance.In this paper,the vibration characteristics of the agitator are considered,and the prediction model of friction resistance in the horizontal well is established based on Dieterich-Ruina friction law.The accuracy of the model is verified by the measured data of the X-1 well.The optimized results show that the agitator in the 215.9 mm third spud in Longmaxi formation is best placed at 150 m distance from the bit,and the best drilling capacity is not lower than 35 L/s.The field test results show that the optimized parameters can significantly improve the ROP of the horizontal section of the block,which is worth further promotion.The results of the research can not only provide guidance for the reduction of the friction resistance of the Weiyuan block,but also provide new ideas and methods for the optimization of agitator parameters.
