叙事医学理念在提升应用型医学人才临床能力中的应用探讨

Exploring the Application of Narrative Medicine Concept in Enhancing Clinical Competence of Applied Medical Talents

目的:探讨叙事医学教育在提升应用型医学人才临床能力中应用的可行性及现实意义。方法:选取齐齐哈尔医学院临床医学五年制本科生2016级76人采取叙事医学教学,2015级81人采取传统教学。统计结业成绩等并进行评估。结果:两组测试成绩差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:在应用型医学教学中开展叙事医学是培养应用型医学人才的可行性方案。

Objective:This study aims to explore the feasibility and practical significance of applying narrative medicine education to enhance the clinical competence of applied medical talents.Methods:Qiqihar medical college class of 2016,76 students and class of 2015,81 students were divided into two groups:narrative medicine teaching and the traditional teaching,the effect was evaluated.Results:There was a significant difference in test scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Incorporating narrative medicine into applied medical education is a feasible approach to cultivating applied medical talents.
