TBL-CBL整合教学法结合双语教学在口腔颌面外科学教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨在口腔颌面外科学课程中TBL-CBL整合教学法结合双语教学的应用价值。方法:将本校2017级临床医学八年制70名学生作为研究对象,分成试验组和对照组,每组各35名,试验组采用TBL-CBL整合教学法结合双语教学,对照组采用传统的以教师讲授为中心的授课模式。课程结束后通过成绩考核和不记名的问卷调查来评估教学效果。结果:试验组教学成绩明显高于对照组。试验组对整合教学法评价较好。结论:TBL-CBL整合教学法结合双语教学显著提高了学生的成绩及自主学习能力和综合分析能力,用于口腔颌面外科学教学中有利于提高教学效率。 Objective:This study aims to explore the value of applying the integrated TBL-CBL teaching method combined with bilingual teaching in the oral and maxillofacial surgery course.Methods:Seventy students from the 2017 batch of an 8-year clinical medicine program were divided into experimental and control groups,with 35 students in each group.The experimental group received integrated TBL-CBL teaching combined with bilingual instruction,while the control group received traditional teacher-centered instruction.After the course,teaching effectiveness was evaluated through performance assessment and anonymous questionnaires.Results:The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores than the control group.Students in the experimental group rated the integrated teaching method positively.Conclusion:The integrated TBL-CBL teaching method combined with bilingual instruction significantly improved students'performance,independent learning ability,and analytical skills.This method is beneficial for enhancing teaching efficiency in oral and maxillofacial surgeryeducation.
