摘要
目的:探讨CBL教学法结合思维导图在骨科实习生带教中的应用。方法:选取2019年10月至2020年10月在本院骨科实习的79名护生为研究对象,按入科先后顺序,将2019年10月至2020年3月入科实习的39名护生作为对照组,采用常规带教模式,2020年3月至10月入科实习的40名护生作为试验组,采用CBL教学法结合思维导图带教模式。实习结束后比较两组护生出科成绩及评判性思维能力。结果:试验组护生理论及技能成绩明显高于对照组;试验组护生评判性思维能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CBL教学法结合思维导图提高实习护生操作技能,提升评判性思维能力。
Objective:This study aims to explore the application effectiveness of Case-Based Learning(CBL)combined with mind mapping in the teaching of orthopedic nursing interns.Methods:A total of 79 nursing interns who underwent orthopedic clinical practice from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Based on the order of entering the department,39 nursing interns who underwent conventional teaching methods from October 2019 to March 2020 were assigned to the conventional group,and 40 nursing interns who entered the department from March 2020 to October 2020 were assigned to the observation group.The observation group received teaching using CBL combined with mind mapping.After the clinical practice,the study compared the exit scores and critical thinking abilities of the two groups of nursing interns.Results:The observation group's theoretical and skill scores were significantly better than those of the conventional group.The observation group's critical thinking abilities were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL combined with mind mapping in the teaching of orthopedic nursing interns can effectively improve their grasp of orthopedic theoretical knowledge and practical skills,and enhancetheircritical thinking abilities.
