案例演练结合信息反馈教学在精神科护理带教中的研究

摘要 目的:探讨案例演练结合信息反馈教学在精神科护理带教中的研究。方法:选取2019年7月至2021年7月在本院就职的80名精神科护士,随机将其分为试验组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规教学,纳入40名,试验组采用案例演练结合信息反馈教学,纳入40名,均持续教学4个月。分别在教学前和教学4个月后,比较两组护士的评判性思维和应急能力。结果:教学后,试验组护士的综合处理能力和评判性思维能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:案例演练结合信息反馈教学可以更好地提升精神科护士的综合处理能力和评判性思维能力,护士可以在临床教学中可以短时间能获得更快地成长,提升科室对人才的培养效率。
