摘要
目的:探讨刻意训练培养模式对护理学专业型硕士研究生临床实践能力的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法抽取本校38名护理学硕士研究生为试验组,贵州省其他高校32名护理学硕士研究生为对照组,其中试验组采用刻意训练培养模式进行培养,对照组采用传统的培养模式进行培养。临床轮转结束后通过客观结构化考试(OSCE)及《护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力自评调查表(学生版)》对两组学生临床实践能力进行评价。结果:试验组学生理论知识水平、护理实践能力与科研能力等均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将刻意训练培养模式应用于护理学专业型研究生教育,可提高其护理实践能力和理论知识水平,有助于科研思维的培养。
Objective:This study aims to explore the impact of the deliberate practice training mode on the clinical practical abilities of nursing professional master's students.Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select 38 nursing master's students from our university as the experimental group and 32 nursing master's students from other universities in Guizhou Province as the control group.The experimental group was trained using the deliberate practice training mode.After clinical rotations,the clinical practical abilities of students in both groups were evaluated through the Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)and the Self-Assessment Survey on Clinical Abilities of Nursing Master's Professional Degree Graduate Students(Student Version).Results:The scores of the experimental group in areas such as theoretical knowledge,nursing practical abilities,and research capabilities were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the deliberate practice training mode to nursing professional master's education can enhance their nursing practical abilities,theoretical knowledge,and research thinking.
