摘要
面对突如其来的新冠疫情,中国及时采取系统性防疫措施,取得了疫情防控的关键性胜利。同时,在疫情防控的实践中也暴露出由于高层次应用型公共卫生人才培养短板所引起的薄弱环节。该文基于OBE理论建立由“政府引导—高校组织—卫生机构支持—个人志愿参加”的公共卫生人才培养模式,为全面深化公共卫生教育改革探索新的途径。
In response to the sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic,China promptly implemented systematic measures and achieved critical success in epidemic prevention and control.However,the practice of epidemic prevention and control also exposed weaknesses caused by the shortage of high-level applied public health talent training.This paper proposes a public health talent training model based on the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)theory,which involves"government guidance,university organization,health institution support,and voluntary participation of individuals."This model aims to explore new approaches for comprehensive and deepened reforms in public health education.
