医学生体育类社团参与动机与行为表现关系研究——基于自我决定理论

摘要 高校社团是开展学生思想政治教育的主要阵地,学生参与社团活动的动机不同往往会产生不同的行为表现。本文构建“参与动机—行为表现”结构方程模型,实证结果表明:荣誉奖励、社会交往、自我提升以及兴趣娱乐动机均显著影响其行为表现。高校社团管理者可从加强文化引领、着力模式构建、注重氛围营造和丰富活动类型4个方面促进学生持续化参与社团,发挥社团育人长效机制。 University clubs are the main platform for carrying out ideological and political education among students,and students'motivations for participating in club activities often lead to different behavioral performances.This study constructs a structural equation model of"motivation-behavioral performance"and empirically demonstrates that honor rewards,social interaction,self-improvement,and interest and entertainment motivations significantly influence their behavioral performance.University club administrators can promote students'sustained participation in clubs and leverage the long-term educational mechanism of clubs by strengthening cultural guidance,focusing on model construction,emphasizing atmosphere creation,and enriching activity types.
