Exploration of mobile learning mode for medical students'English vocabulary:a case study of 21-day anti-epidemic word check-in activity

在全球“互联网+”爆炸的背景下,移动式的英语学习模式越来越受到广大师生的欢迎。词汇是一切语言活动的基础,离开了词汇,听说读写等语言活动就无法开展。尽管大多数学生都意识到了词汇的重要性,但学习效果却不尽人意。本研究从本校的英语协会入手,利用“互联网+”教学模式,开展21天抗疫单词打卡活动,以探索碎片化打卡模式对医学生英语词汇移动学习起到的促进作用。

In the context of the global"Internet+"explosion,mobile-based English learning modes are increasingly popular among teachers and students.Vocabulary is the foundation of all language activities,and without vocabulary,activities such as listening,speaking,reading,and writing cannot be conducted.Although most students recognize the importance of vocabulary,the learning outcomes are often unsatisfactory.This study starts from the English Association of our university and utilizes the"Internet+"teaching mode to carry out a 21-day anti-epidemic word check-in activity,aiming to explore the facilitating effect of the fragmented check-in mode on medical students'mobile learning of English vocabulary.
