4种新烟碱类药剂对红火蚁有翅生殖蚁及幼虫的胃毒毒力传递作用

Stomach toxicity transfer of four neonicotinoid chemicals to the alate reproductive ants and larvae of red imported fire ant

摘要 化学防治仍然是当前及今后一定时期内控制红火蚁(Solenopsis invicta Buren)发生危害的主要方法。本文测定了呋虫胺、噻虫胺、噻虫嗪和烯啶虫胺4种新烟碱类药剂对红火蚁工蚁的致死中浓度(LC_(50)),分别为0.6006μg/mL、0.8777μg/mL、1.1063μg/mL和1.0464μg/mL;进一步测定了药剂处理后工蚁对雌性生殖蚁、雄性生殖蚁及幼虫的胃毒毒力传递作用。结果表明噻虫胺和噻虫嗪处理7 d后雌性生殖蚁死亡率均达100%,呋虫胺和烯啶虫胺处理9 d后雌性生殖蚁死亡率达100%;噻虫嗪处理3 d后雄性生殖蚁死亡率达到100%,其他3种药剂处理5 d后死亡率达100%;4种药剂处理8 d后幼虫死亡率均达100%。本研究结果为开发新型红火蚁防治药剂提供了依据。 Chemical control is still and will be the main method in the management of Solenopsis invic-ta Buren in current and future period.The median lethal concentrations(LC_(50))with values of 0.6006μg/mL,0.8777μg/mL,1.1063μg/mL and 1.0464μg/mL,respectively,of four new nicotinic pesticides,namely dinote-furan,clothianidin,thiamethoxam,and nitenpyram,against red imported fire ant workers were determined and presented in this paper.Further testing was conducted on the transmission of stomach toxicity of workers treated by above pesticides to the alate female,alate male and larvae.The results showed that the mortality of alate females reached 100%after 7 days of treatment with clothianidin and thiamethox-am,while those treated with dinotefuran and nitenpyram was 100%after 9 day.The mortality of alate males reached 100%after 3 days of treatment with thiamethoxam,while those of the other three pesti-cides reached 100%after 5 days of treatment.After 8 days of treatment with four chemicals,the mortali-ty of larvae reached 100%.The results of this study provided a basis for the development of new insec-ticides for controlling red imported fire ants.
