四川省临床专科能力建设的发展现状及对策

The development status and countermeasures of clinical specialty capacity building in Sichuan Province

目的 为了解四川省临床专科能力建设的现状、存在的主要问题与不足,并提出针对性对策建议。方法 本研究通过查阅文献、统计年鉴等资料,对高水平专科情况、异地就医情况、专科设置率、人才队伍情况等进行分析。结果 四川省临床专科能力建设取得了较大成效,但仍存在重点专科体系不完善、专科发展不充分、基层专科服务能力薄弱、专科人才队伍和科教支撑能力不足等问题。结论 政府部门需在临床专科能力建设中强化制度保障、合理专科布局、制订科学评价体系、坚持医教研协同发展,以促进公立医院高质量发展。

Objective To analyze the current situation and main shortcomings of clinical specialty capacity building in Sichuan Province,and to propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Methods By consulting literature,statistical yearbooks and other materials,the situation of high-level specialties,off-site medical care,specialty setting rate,and talent team and so on were analyzd.Results Significant achievements had been made in the construction of clinical specialty capacity in Sichuan Province.However,there were still problems such as incomplete key specialty systems,insufficient specialty development,weak grassroots specialty service capabilities,deficient specialized talent teams and scientific and educational support capabilities.Conclusions Relevent departments of government should strengthen the institutional guarantees,rationalize the layout of specialties,formulate a scientific evaluation system,and adhere to the coordinated development of medical education and research in the construction of clinical specialty capacity,so that to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
