泸州市疾控机构专业技术人员科研能力及培训需求分析 被引量:2

Investigation on scientific research ability and training needs of professional and technical personnel in Luzhou CDC

摘要 目的 调查泸州市疾控机构专业技术人员科研能力现状及影响因素,并评价其科研培训需求,为疾控机构专业技术人员科研能力的提升提供参考。方法 于2023年2月18日至25日对泸州市市疾控中心及7个县(区)疾控中心中专业技术人员的科研能力及培训需求进行调查。科研能力自评价得分采用(x±s)描述,采用两独立样本t检验或方差分析比较组间得分的差异,采用多重线性回归分析对可能的影响因素进行分析,α=0.05。结果 泸州市疾控机构专业技术人员近3年科研项目申报率和主持率分别为2.47%和1.55%,科研项目参与率为10.84%,论文发表率为6.19%,科技成果获奖率和专利获得率分别为1.86%和2.17%。科研能力自评价平均得分为(1.53±0.79)分,得分率为38.34%。其中,文献查阅能力的得分率最高,为44.15%,科研设计能力的得分率最低,为33.95%。多重线性回归分析显示,学历为硕士、参加过科研培训与科研能力得分呈正相关;年龄,执业资格为临床执业医师、执业护师、其他执业资格与科研能力自评价得分呈负相关。结论 泸州市疾控机构专业技术人员的科研能力处于偏低水平。学历和参加科研培训是主要影响因素,需加强在科研设计、资料分析、课题申报等方面的知识培训。 Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of scientific research ability of professional and technical personnel of the disease prevention and control system in Luzhou City,to evaluate their scientific research training needs,and to provide reference for improving their scientific research ability.Methods From February 18 to 25,2023,the scientific research ability and training needs of professional and technical personnel in Luzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)and 7 district/county level CDCs were investigated.The selfevaluation score of scientific research ability was described by(x±s).Two independent sample ttest or analysis of variance was used to compare the differences in scores between groups.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the possible influencing factors,andα=0.05.Results In the past three years,the application rate and presiding rate of scientific research projects of professional and technical personnel in the disease prevention and control system of Luzhou City were 2.47%and 1.55%,respectively.The participation rate of scientific research projects was10.84%.The publication rate of papers was 6.19%.And the award rate of scientific and technological achievements and the patent acquisition rate were 1.86%and 2.17%,respectively.The average score of self-evaluation of scientific research ability was(1.53±0.79),and the scoring rate was 38.34%.Among them,the scoring rate of literature review ability was the highest,which was44.15%,while the scoring rate of scientific research design ability was the lowest,which was33.95%.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that having a master's degree and having participated in scientific research training were positively correlated with scientific research ability.Age,clinical practitioners,nurse practitioners and other qualifications were negatively correlated with self-evaluation scores of scientific research ability.Conclusions The scientific research ability of professional and technical personnel of the disease prevention and control system in Luzhou City was at a low level.Educational background and participation in scientific research training were the main influencing factors.It is necessary to strengthen knowledge training in scientific research design,analysis data,project application and so on.
