响应面法优化有机硅低沸物转化工艺的研究

摘要 采用三氯化铝催化有机硅副产低沸物歧化反应制备二甲基二氯硅烷(M2),研究了反应压力、反应温度、原料配比和进料量对产物中M2含量的影响。在单因素实验结果基础上,采用Box-Benhnken响应面法优化了工艺。结果表明,最佳反应条件为反应压力0.54 MPa、反应温度158℃、低沸物与一甲基三氯硅烷质量比66.5∶33.5、进料量1.4 t/h,此时产物中M2含量为39.24%。 Dimethyl dichlorosilane(M2)was prepared by disproportionation reaction of silicone by-product low-boiling substances catalyzed by aluminum trichloride,and the effect of the reaction pressure,temperature,ratio of raw materials and feeding amount on M2 content in the product was studied.Based on the single-factor experiment results,the process was optimized by Box-Benhnken response surface methodology.The results show that the optimal conditions are as follows:reaction pressure at 0.54 MPa,reaction temperature at 158℃,mass ratio of low boiling to monethyltrichlorosilane at 66.5∶33.5,feed speed at 1.4 t/h,and the content of M2 in the product was 39.24%.
