真空绝热板对高铁箱梁保温性能的影响

摘要 为保证高铁箱梁冬期施工的成型质量,进行了真空绝热板对箱梁冬期施工保温性能的影响研究。文中通过建立混凝土箱梁养护过程中温度场理论计算模型,比较蒸汽养护、自然养护和带有真空绝热板养护工况下的温度场分布和演化差异,来证实真空绝热板对箱梁低温养护的积极作用。因此将真空绝热板应用于高铁箱梁的成型过程,为推动我国“双碳”目标的达成起到重要作用。 In order to ensure the forming quality of high-speed railway box girder construction in winter,the influence of vacuum insulation board on the insulation performance of box girder construction in winter is studied.Firstly,the theoretical calculation model of temperature field in the curing process of concrete box girder is established.Then,the differences of temperature field distribution and evolution in steam curing,natural curing,and curing with vacuum insulated plate are compared,and the positive effect of vacuum insulated plate on low temperature curing of box girder is confirmed.The application of vacuum insulated plate in the forming process of high-speed rail box girder is beneficial to realize the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals in the early stage.
