抽水蓄能机组悬停控制方法设计与应用

摘要 抽水蓄能发电机组具有反应快速、启停频繁以及应调度要求在极短的时间内快速转换为发电(G)、抽水(P)、发电调相(GC)、抽水调相(CP)等工况的特点,在电力系统中承担着调峰、调频、调相、系统备用、储能、黑启动等六大功能。文章基于回龙抽水蓄能电站机组的运行特性,针对调试运行期间出现的问题进行经验总结,对计算机监控系统顺序控制及工况转换流程进行梳理分析,进一步优化了机组启机控制流程,提高了机组的启动成功率,可为类似的监控启机流程设计提供参考。 Pumped storage generating units in pumped storage power plants are characterized by rapid response,frequent start-stop operations,and the need to quickly switch between power generation(G),pumping(P),power phase adjustment(GC),and pumping phase adjustment(CP)in a very short time.They perform six major functions in the power system,including peak load regulation,frequency regulation,phase adjustment,system backup,energy storage,and black start.Based on the operating characteristics of the reversible pumped storage units in the power plant,this paper summarizes the experiences and addresses the issues encountered during the commissioning period.It analyzes and streamlines the sequential control and operational transition processes of the computer monitoring system.Furthermore,it optimizes the unit startup control procedure,improving the success rate of unit startup.The findings can serve as a reference for similar monitoring and startup procedure designs.
