高效液相色谱法测定香花秋海棠药用成分含量

摘要 目的:测定香花秋海棠(Begonia handelii)黄酮类、酚酸类药效成分含量。方法:利用高效液相色谱法测定。结果:测出人工栽培香花秋海棠的5种药效成分分别是芦丁、表儿茶素、儿茶素、原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛。其中,茎的各成分含量为:芦丁2.17μg/g、表儿茶素1.11μg/g、儿茶素2.73μg/g、原儿茶酸4.56μg/g、原儿茶醛1.08μg/g;叶的各成分含量为:芦丁13.44μg/g、表儿茶素(-)、儿茶素4.02μg/g、原儿茶酸2.01μg/g、原儿茶醛5.86μg/g。叶中检测出的芦丁、儿茶素、原儿茶醛的含量均大于茎的含量,原儿茶酸的含量小于茎的含量。结论:测定结果可为传统药材香花秋海棠的成分鉴定和药效评价提供参考,为该植物今后的药用资源开发利用提供理论依据。 Objective:To identify the medicinal ingredients contents of flavonoids and phenolic acids in B.handelii.Methods:Using the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method to measure the contents of the above components.Results:Five medicinal components,namely rutin,epicatechin,cate‐chin,protocatechuic acid,and protocatechuic aldehyde,were determined in the cultivated plants of B.handelii.The content of each component in stems is that rutin 2.17μg/g,epicatechin 1.11μg/g,cate‐chin 2.73μg/g,protocatechuic acid 4.56μg/g,and protocatechuic aldehyde 1.08μg/g;The content of each component in leaves is that rutin 13.44μg/g,epicatechin(-)and catechin 4.02μg/g,protocate‐chuic acid 2.01μg/g,and protocatechuic aldehyde 5.86μg/g.The content of rutin,catechin,and proto‐catechuic aldehyde detected in leaves was higher than that in stems,while the content of protocatechuic acid was lower than that in stems.Conclusion:The result can provide a reference for the identification of the components and efficacy evaluation of traditional medicinal herb B.handelii.Meanwhile,it also pro‐vides a theoretical basis for the medicinal resource development and utilization of this species.
