五味子属植物抗肿瘤活性及机制研究进展

A Review on Antitumor Activity and Mechanism of Schisandra Michx.

五味子属植物具有较高的药用价值,具有抗肿瘤、保肝、保护神经及治疗糖尿病等生物活性。近年来,该属植物的抗肿瘤活性被广泛研究,其主要通过调节细胞内信号转导、诱导细胞凋亡、引起细胞周期阻滞、抑制肿瘤血管生成、调节代谢等途径抑制肿瘤生长。其抗肿瘤活性成分包括木脂素、三萜、多糖等。本文对五味子属植物的抗肿瘤活性成分及其作用机制进行了总结,以期为抗肿瘤药物先导化合物的发现提供依据。

Schisandra Michx.plants have high medicinal value,with liver protection,antitumor,neuro‐protection effects and treatment of diabetes.Recently,the antitumor activity of Schisandra Michx.plants has been extensively studied.Previous studies have shown that Schisandra Michx.plants can inhibit tu‐mor growth by changing signaling pathways conduction,inducing apoptosis,causing cell cycle arrest,in‐hibiting tumor angiogenesis,and regulating metabolism.The main antitumor active ingredients of Schisandra Michx.plants are lignans,triterpenoids and polysaccharides.This review summarized the an‐titumor active components and antitumor mechanisms of Schisandra Michx.plants,in order to provide a basis for the discovery of antitumor drug lead compounds.
