天冬化学成分和药理作用的研究进展及其质量标志物的预测分析 被引量:3

摘要 天冬为《中华人民共和国药典》收载的传统大宗中药材,为滋阴清热的常用药,具有延缓衰老、降压降糖、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、增强免疫以及保护神经等作用,是一种颇具发展前景的中药材。本研究对天冬的化学成分和药理作用进行综述,并基于质量标志物(Q-marker)的理念,从化学成分、成分有效性、在不同药物配伍中的表达成分及成分可测性等方面对天冬质量标志物成分进行预测分析,为控制天冬的质量和完善其质量标准提供参考。 Asparagi Radix is a traditional bulk Chinese medicinal herb included in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.It is a commonly used medicine for nourishing yin and clearing heat,and has functions such as delaying aging,lowering blood pressure and blood sugar,anti-tumor,antibacteri‐al,anti-inflammatory,enhancing immunity,and protecting nerves.It is a promising Chinese medicinal herb.This study provides a review of the chemical compositions and pharmacological effects of Asparagi Radix,and based on the concept of quality markers(Q-markers),predicts and analyzes the components of Asparagi Radix from the perspectives of chemical composition,component effectiveness,expression of components in different drug combinations,and component measurability.This provides a reference for controlling the quality of Asparagi Radix and improving its quality standards.
