党参本草考证

Herbal Textual Research of Codonopsis Radix

党参作为临床常用中药之一,具有补气健脾、养血生津之效。鉴于党参与人参混用之说由来已久,通过查阅相关文献资料,对党参名称、基原、药用部位、采收加工及炮制等内容进行本草考证,同时对经典名方中人参可否用党参替代给出合理化建议,以确保经典名方的用药准确性,为经典名方的进一步开发和研究提供参考性依据。经考证可知,党参最初被称为“上党人参”,曾一度与人参混用,至清代才以“党参”为药材正名。现今,党参主流品种基原为党参、素花党参或川党参的根,主产于山西、甘肃、四川、陕西、东北等地。历代本草和医学典籍记载的党参炮制方法较多,生品较为常用,炮制品中主要以米炒党参为主流品种。在26首含有人参的经典名方中,除保元汤和托里消毒散外,其余方剂中人参均可用党参代替,但须在剂量上稍加斟酌。

Codonopsis Radix,as one of the commonly used Chinese medicines in clinical practice,has the effect of tonifying qi and spleen,nourishing blood and producing fluid.Given said of the Codonopsis and mixture of Ginseng has a long history,this article through the review of relevant literature,the name of Codonopsis Radix,origin,and medicinal part,harvesting and processing,such as herbalism re‐search,at the same time in the classical square Ginseng can substitute Codonopsis Radix for given ratio‐nalization proposal,toensure that the classical square medication accuracy,provides the reference basis for the further development and research.Research shows that Codonopsis Radix was originally called"Shangdang Ginseng"and was once mixed with ginseng.It was not until the Qing Dynasty that Codonop‐sis Radix was used as a medicine.Nowadays,the mainstream varieties of Codonopsis Radix are the roots of Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.)Nannf.,Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.var.modesta(Nannf.)L.T.S.or Co-donopsis tangshen Oliv.,and mainly produced in Shanxi,Gansu,Sichuan,Shanxi,Northeast and other places.There are many processing methods of Codonopsis Radix recorded in the materia medica and med‐ical books in the past dynasties,and raw Codonopsis Radix is more commonly used.Among the 26 clas‐sic recipes containing Ginseng,except BaoyuanTang and TuolixiaoduSan,Ginseng can be replaced by codonopsis codonopsis,but the dosage should be considered slightly.
