印度中文教育现状、影响因素及发展建议 被引量:1

The Current Situation,Influencing Factors and Suggestions for the Development of Chinese Language Education in India

摘要 近10年来印度中文教育快速发展。印度中文教育蓬勃发展主要得益于中印两国的政治互信、经贸需求以及印度的语言和教育政策。当前,私立语言教育机构已成为印度中文教育重要生力军,基础教育阶段中文教育有待拓展,高等教育阶段中文教育需要加强,孔子学院(课堂)已成为中文教育的重要阵地。针对印度中文教育的发展现状,提出以下思考:继续推进中文语言政策和语言规划的制定;加强印度与中国、东南亚各国中文教育的区域合作;推动印度本土中文师资发展及资源平台中心建设;发挥“经贸需求”与市场功能在印度中文教育中的推动作用;注重技术赋能,加快印度中文教育跨越发展。 In the past decade,Chinese language education in India has developed rapidly.The vigorous development of Chinese language education in India has mainly benefited from the politically mutual trust,economic and trade needs of China and Indiaas well as India's language and education policies.Currently,private language education institutions have become an important new force in the development of Chinese language education in India.However,Chinese language education in the basic education stage needs to be expanded,while Chinese language education in the higher education stage needs to be strengthened,and the Confucius Institutes(classrooms)have become important platforms for Chinese education.Regarding the current development status of Chinese language education in India,the following suggestions are proposed:the formulation of language policies and language planning for Chinese language education needs to be strengthened;the regional cooperation in Chinese language education between India,China,and Southeast Asian countries needs to be enhanced;the development of local Chinese language teachers and the construction of the key resource platforms in India urgently need to be promoted.It is necessary to bring the driving role of“economic and trade needs”and market functions to full play in India’s Chinese education,attach importance to technological empowerment and realize the leapfrog development of Chinese language education in India.
