CoS量子点的尺寸可控制备及光学性质研究

Research on Size Controllable Preparation and Optical Properties of CoS QDs

摘要 采用液相超声剥离法成功制备了CoS量子点(QDs),使用透射电子显微镜(TEM)对CoS QDs的形貌和结构进行了表征,利用紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)和荧光光谱仪(PL)测试了样品的吸光度和不同激发波长下的荧光强度.测试结果表明:在离心转速为4500、3000 r/min和1500 r/min时,CoS QDs的平均尺寸分别为3.4、3.6 nm和4.4 nm;三种尺寸的CoS QDs具有宽带光吸收特性,并且随着量子点尺寸的增加,CoS QDs的吸收范围逐渐变宽,PL峰表现出Stokes位移和激发波长依赖性. CoS quantum dots(QDs)were successfully prepared by liquid-phase ultrasonic exfoliation,and the morphology and structure of CoS QDs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The absorbance and fluorescence intensity at different excitation wavelengths of the samples were measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrometer.The average sizes of CoS QDs were 3.4,3.6 nm,and 4.4 nm at centrifugation speeds of 4500,3000 r/min,and 1500 r/min,respectively.The results showed that the three sizes of CoS QDs had broadband optical absorption properties,and the absorption range of CoS QDs gradually widened with the increase of quantum dot size.The PL peaks exhibited Stokes shifts and excitation wavelength dependence.The broadband optical absorption and luminescence properties of CoS QDs indicate its potential use in optical devices.
