摘要
对高校本科师范专业的调查研究表明,师范生已具备一定的智能教育理念,但智能教育知识和智能教育能力还明显不足,尤其是直接融入人工智能的教育知识和教育技术更显缺乏,而师范生培养高校与教师教育者均未做好提升师范生智能教育素养的充分准备。为合理应对人工智能背景下基础教育对中小学教师的变革诉求,师范生培养高校应秉持适应性与前瞻性相统一的原则,从师范生智能教育素养标准的制定、师范生培养目标的重塑、教师教育课程的变革与实施、基于智能技术的教育教学平台的创生等方面做好组织和保障,同时也要针对高校教师教育者开展专题培训,并着力强化师范生提升智能教育素养的自我认知和自主行为。
The influence and intervention of artificial intelligence on basic education and its teachers call for the cultivation and generation of normal students’functional education literacy.The composi-tion of their intellectual education literacy can be expressed by the dichotomy of primary and second-ary school teachers’professional standards.The investigation and research on the students in school shows that normal students already have a certain concept of intelligent education,but the knowledge and ability of intelligent education are obviously insufficient,especially the educational knowledge and technology of direct application of artificial intelligence,and teachers and educators in colleges and universities are not fully prepared to improve the intelligent educational literacy of normal stu-dents.In order to reasonably respond to the reform demands of basic education on primary and second-ary school teachers under the background of artificial intelligence,teacher education should adhere to the principle of the unity of adaptability and foresight,and do a good job in the design and guarantee from the aspects of the standard formulation of primary and secondary school teachers’intelligent edu-cation literacy,the reconstruction of normal students’training objectives,the setting and implementa-tion of teacher education courses,and the creation of teaching platform based on intelligent technolo-gy.At the same time,special training for teachers and educators in colleges and universities should al-so be carried out and the cognition and behavior of normal students strengthened to improve their own intelligent education literacy.
