教育均等化视角下的基础教育设施规划研究——以平和县中心城区为例

摘要 随着我国城乡规划体系的不断发展完善、城市化进程的加快,城乡差距随之加大。中小学等基础设施建设作为教育资源的载体,在城市总体布局中,体现公平性对于教育均等化的意义尤为重要^([1])。在这一背景下,基础教育设施专项规划的重要性更加突显。结合《平和县中心城区教育设施(中学、小学、幼儿园)专项布局规划》中平和县中心城区教育设施规划布局,分析中心城区教育设施的分布特征以及存在的问题,结合其发展优势以及未来的需求,探索符合中心城区实际的教育设施布局方法和布局策略。 With the continuous development and improvement of China's urban and rural planning system and the acceleration of urbanization,the gap between urban and rural areas is also growing.Infrastructure construction such as primary and secondary schools is the carrier of educational resources.In the overall layout of the city,it is particularly important to reflect the significance of fairness for the equalization of education.In this context,the importance of special planning for basic education facilities is even more prominent.According to the "Special Layout Plan for Educational Facilities(Middle Schools,Primary Schools,Kindergartens) in the Central District of Pinghe County",in the planning and layout of educational facilities in the central urban area of Pinghe County,analyze its distribution characteristics and existing problems in the educational facilities in the central urban area,and combine its development Advantages and future needs,and explore the layout methods and layout strategies of educational facilities that are in line with the actual situation of the central urban area.
