采用钢套筒约束核心区装配式节点力学性能研究

摘要 提出一种钢套筒约束核心区装配式节点,强化节点核心区,提高装配式混凝土节点抗震性能。在节点滞回性能试验的基础上,采用有限元分析方法,数值模拟钢套筒约束核心区装配式节点的受力全过程,通过分析不同参数节点的等效塑性应变、应力分布、承载力和骨架曲线,深入研究钢套筒约束核心区装配式节点的力学性能。结果表明:钢套筒约束核心区装配式节点有限元模型能有效反应节点的受力情况;节点的破坏主要是剪切破坏,钢套筒具有较大的刚度,对核心混凝土有良好的约束保护作用;核心混凝土强度、钢套筒厚度、钢套筒强度,是影响钢套筒约束核心区装配式节点承载力的主要参数。同时提出参数建议的选取范围,可为工程实际提供参考。 A steel sleeve constrained prefabricated concrete joint in the core area is proposed to strengthen the joint core area and improve the seismic performance of the prefabricated concrete joint.On the basis of the joint hysteretic performance test,the finite element analysis method was used to numerically simulate the whole process of stress of the prefabricated joints in the core area constrained by steel sleeve.By analyzing the equivalent plastic strain,stress distribution,bearing capacity and skeleton curves of the joints with different parameters,the mechanical properties of the prefabricated joints in the core area constrained by steel sleeve were studied deeply.The results show that the finite element model of the assembled joints in the core area restrained by steel sleeve can effectively reflect the stress of the joints.The joint failure is mainly shear failure,steel sleeve has a large stiffness,has a good restraint and protection effect on the core concrete;Core concrete strength,steel sleeve thickness and steel sleeve strength are the main parameters that affect the bearing capacity of prefabricated joints in the core area constrained by steel sleeve.The selection range of suggested parameters is proposed,which can provide reference for engineering practice.
