不同结构参数TBM盘形滚刀的破岩效率分析

摘要 根据福州滨海快线特定的岩石参数,借助有限元软件ABAQUS进行数值模拟,分析在不同刀刃角、刀刃宽、过渡圆弧半径情况下,滚刀所受的滚动力、垂直力、侧向力和破岩体积的大小情况;分析各参数变化对滚刀三向力和破岩体积的影响规律。结果表明:随着刃宽增加,滚刀所受的垂直力与滚动力均增大;随着过渡圆弧半径增大,滚刀所受的垂直力、滚动力与侧向力均减小,与岩石接触面积减小,破岩体积随之减小;随着滚刀刀刃角增大,滚刀所受侧向力整体呈现增大趋势,滚刀对两侧岩石的压力增大,刀刃角比刃宽与过渡圆弧半径引起的侧向力变化更大。对于滚动力和垂直力的影响范围而言,刃宽>刀刃角>过渡圆弧半径;对于破岩体积的影响范围而言,刃宽>过渡圆弧半径>刀刃角;且相较于刃宽与过渡圆弧半径,刀刃角对侧向力的影响程度最大。 According to the fuzhou binhai express specific rock parameters,with the aid of numerical simulation based on the finite element software ABAQUS,analysis at different Angle of the blade,blade width,cases,transition arc radius hob by rolling power,vertical force,lateral force and the size of broken rock,analysis of various parameters on the hob three-way force and the influence law of rock volume,the results showed that:With the increase of edge width,the vertical force and rolling force of the hob increase.With the increase of the radius of the transition arc,the vertical force,rolling force and lateral force of the hob all decrease,and the contact area with the rock decreases,leading to the reduction of the rock volume.With the increase of the blade Angle of the hob,the lateral force on the hob shows an overall increasing trend,the pressure on the rocks on both sides of the hob increases,and the lateral force caused by the blade Angle is greater than the blade width and the radius of the transition arc.For the influence range of rolling force and vertical force,blade width blade Angle transition arc radius;For the influence range of rock breaking volume,blade width transition arc radius blade Angle;Compared with the blade width and the radius of the transition arc,the blade Angle has the greatest effect on the lateral force.
