摘要
钻孔灌注桩,在工程行业应用十分广泛,但较少能将施工过程质量控制与BIM技术结合。因此,采用Dynamo弥补Revit对地形处理上的短板。桩基施工包含桩位复核、入岩、终孔、下钢筋、浇筑混凝土等过程,其过程质量的控制,在整个建筑中尤为重要,且其具有一定隐蔽性。为此,主要利用Dynamo创建地形以及Revit制作桩参数化族,两者结合实现岩层可见性,并对桩进行批量计算并赋值。因为桩基施工信息是一个动态的过程,随着施工进展,上一个工序的实际值,可通过参数化运算,为下一道工序提供一个预测值,并作为下一道工序质量控制的参考。随着施工信息录入,最终将形成完整的桩基信息模型。此案例是一个将BIM软件参数化,可视化编程技术以及钻孔灌注桩现场施工质量控制相融合的典型案例。
Bored cast-in-place piles are widely used in the engineering industry,but few can combine construction process quality control with BIM technology.Therefore,Dynamo is used to compensate for Revit's shortcomings in terrain handling.The construction of pile foundation includes the process of pile position review,rock entry,final drilling,reinforcement placement,and concrete pouring.The quality control of the process is particularly important in the entire building,and it has a certain degree of concealment.To achieve this,Dynamo is mainly used to create terrain and Revit to create parametric families of piles.The combination of the two is used to achieve visibility of rock layers,and batch calculations and assignments of piles are carried out.Because pile foundation construction information is a dynamic process,as the construction progresses,the actual value of the previous process can be parameterized to provide a predicted value for the next process and serve as a reference for quality control in the next process.With the input of construction information,a complete pile foundation information model will ultimately be formed.This case is a typical case of integrating BIM software parameterization,visual programming technology,and on-site construction quality control of bored piles.
