城市更新中“金角银边”的开发利用研究——以建设体育公园为例

Study on the Development and Utilization of"Golden Corner and Silver Edge"in Urban Renewal——Taking the Construction of Sports Park as an Example

随着城市更新步伐的加快,其产生的“金角银边”问题逐步得到政府以及建设部门的重视,如何有效地开发利用“金角银边”成为当前热点话题,体育公园是“金角银边”开发利用的重要方式之一。近两年,国家关于利用“金角银边”以及城市空闲地建设体育公园出台了多部政策文件,文章针对“金角银边”改造利用为体育公园为例,从政策导向、规划设计、智慧运维、全龄化功能设计等方面进行分析研究,对今后推动城市更新区公共空间的开发利用、理论研究及技术研究具有重要意义。

With the acceleration of the pace of urban renewal,the government and the construction sector gradually pay attention to the"Golden corner and silver edge"in the process of urban renewal.How to effectively develop and utilize the"Golden angle and silver edge"has become a hot issue at present.The sports park is one of the important utilization ways of"Golden corner and silver border".Over the past two years,the state has issued a number of policy documents on the use of"Golden corner and silver border"and urban vacant land for the construction of sports parks.In this paper,"Golden Horn Silver Edge"transformation for sports park as an example,research on the policy orientation,planning and design,intelligent operation and maintenance,all-age functional design and so on.It is of great significance to promote the development and utilization of the public space in the urban renewal area,as well as the theoretical and technical research.
