谐波叠加法在道路谱重构中的改进与应用研究

摘要 三维路面的数值模拟是车辆虚拟道路试验中的重要研究课题,而道路谱的重构与分析是其中的核心内容。谐波叠加法作为常用的道路谱重构方法,具有良好的适用性及精度。但在解决非规则分布的复杂道路问题时存在着重构精度不足以及计算效率不够等问题。为此,在原有的谐波叠加法基础上,提出基于改进谐波叠加法的道路谱重构方法。通过三次样条插值技术对谐波叠加法进行改进,以正定平方分解(Cholesky)次数来减少计算内存,从而提高道路谱重构精度。研究发现,相较于传统的谐波叠加重构方法,基于改进谐波叠加法的道路谱重构算法运行模拟时间大大减少,但是精度明显提升。与直接测量法、载荷谱迭代法、谐波叠加法以及滤波白噪声法等相比,基于改进谐波叠加法的道路谱重构精度在90%以上,具有显著优势。基于改进谐波叠加法的道路谱重构模拟仿真,重构的路面功率谱与标准路面谱能很好地契合,得到更加满意的仿真效果,在车辆虚拟道路试验中具有一定的实践应用价值。 The numerical simulation of 3D pavement is an important research topic in the virtual road test of vehicles,and the reconstruction and analysis of road spectrum is the core content.As a common road spectrum reconstruction method,harmonic superposition method has good applicability and accuracy.However,there are some problems such as insufficient reconstruction accuracy and computational efficiency when solving the irregular distribution complex road problem.Therefore,based on the original harmonic superposition method,a road spectrum reconstruction method based on improved harmonic superposition method is proposed.The harmonic superposition method was improved by the cubic spline interpolation technique,and the positive square decomposition(Cholesky) count was used to calculate less memory,thus improving the reconstruction accuracy of the road spectrum.It is found that compared with the traditional harmonic superposition reconstruction method,the road spectrum reconstruction algorithm based on the improved harmonic superposition method has greatly reduced the simulation time,but significantly improved the accuracy.Compared with the direct measurement method,load spectrum iteration method,harmonic superposition method and white noise filtering method,the road spectrum reconstruction accuracy based on the improved harmonic superposition method is more than 90%,which has a significant advantage.Road spectrum reconstruction simulation based on improved harmonic superposition method The power spectrum of the simulated reconstructed road is in good agreement with the standard road spectrum,and can achieve more satisfactory simulation results,which has certain practical application value in the vehicle virtual road experiment.
