摘要
以乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、干酪素、聚乙烯醇为主要原料,碳酸锆铵为交联剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/甘油为增溶剂,尿素为黏度调节剂,氨水为pH值调节剂,制备了一种新型玻璃瓶用标签粘合剂.考察了乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物用量、干酪素用量、聚乙烯醇用量、交联剂用量、增溶剂用量、体系pH值对粘合剂性能的影响.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对产物的结构进行了表征,并进行了谱带归属,确定了最佳试验条件.
A label adhesive for glass bottles was prepared with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,casein and polyvinyl alcohol as the main raw materials,ammonium zirconium carbonate as the crosslinking agent,polyvinylpyrrolidone/glycerol as solubilizer,urea as viscosity regulator,and ammonia as the pH regulator.The effects of the amount of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,the amount of casein,the amount of polyvinyl alcohol,the amount of crosslinking agent,the amount of solubilizer and the pH value of the system on the adhesive properties were investigated.The structure of the product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and the band was assigned.The optimal experimental conditions were determined.
