Design and Application of Potential Donor Warning Function Module

目的:探讨器官移植信息管理平台潜在捐献者预警功能模块的设计和应用,提高潜在捐献者的发现率,改善人体器官捐献移植的供需矛盾。方法:基于分析传统潜在捐献者上报和目前供体器官维护工作中存在的问题,研究潜在捐献者预警标准及质量管理,借助信息化手段设计并实施潜在捐献者预警功能模块,分析功能模块实施效果。结果:潜在捐献者预警功能模块实施前(2021年10月-2022年5月),南京医科大学第一附属医院人体器官获取组织(Organ procurement organizations,OPO)人工上报潜在捐献者21例次,实施后(2022年10月-2023年5月)潜在捐献者预警功能模块系统预警潜在捐献者56例次。实施后系统智能化预警符合临床判断标准的潜在捐献者发现率、器官捐献转化率、潜在捐献者资料数据完整度等质控指标均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院OPO实现了潜在捐献者数据融通、流程信息化管理,确保获取信息的高效精准及全流程闭环质量控制,对器官捐献工作的发展发挥了积极的作用。

Objective:Through the design and application of the potential donor early warning function module of the organ transplant information management platform,the discovery rate of potential donors can be increased,and the contradiction between supply and demand of human organ donation and transplantation can be improved.Methods:Based on the analysis of problems reported by traditional potential donors and existing problems in the maintenance of donor organs,we designed and studied the early warning standards and quality management of potential donors by means of information technology,to analyze the implementation effect of functional modules.Result:21 cases of potential donors manually reported by the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University Organ procurement organizations,OPO from October 2021 to May 2022 before the implementation of the potential donor early warning function module,and the 56 cases of potential donors from October 2022 to May 2023 after the implementation of the system were investigated and analyzed.After the implementation of the potential donor warning function module,the system intelligently alerts potential donors who meet clinical judgment criteria in real time,the quality control indexes of potential donor discovery rate,organ donation conversion rate and data integrity of potential donors were all better than before implementation,the difference before and after implementation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:OPO of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University has realized data integration of potential donors and information-based process management,ensuring the efficient and accurate acquisition of information and closed-loop quality control of the whole process,has played a positive impact on the development of organ donation work.
