面向可变设计域的并行协同拓扑优化方法

摘要 通过子结构法的自由度凝聚与反求,提高了模型的计算效率,也拓宽了结构设计的计算途径。本文基于子结构方法提出了可变设计域的并行协同拓扑优化方法。详细介绍了子结构自由度的凝聚与反求计算理论以及节点拼接方法,分析了设计域在规则与不规则的子结构划分下的自由度协调方法。在此基础上,构建了基于子结构方法的设计域并行设计模型,提出了基于可变设计域的协同拓扑优化方法,并给出了宏观结构与子结构内各单元的灵敏度计算方法和变量更新策略。在此基础上,建立了基于子结构可变设计域协同拓扑优化设计框架,实现结构快速设计的同时,扩展了优化设计空间。通过悬臂梁结构的设计,验证了所提方法的有效性。 The calculation efficiency of the model is improved and the calculation approach of structural design is broadened through the condensation and reverse calculation of degrees of freedom of substructure method.In this paper,a parallel collaborative topology optimization method for variable design domains is proposed based on the substructure method.The coalescence and inverse computational theory of sub-structure degrees of freedom and the node splicing method are introduced in detail,and the coordination method of design domain degrees of freedom under regular and irregular sub-structure division is analyzed.On this basis,the parallel design model of design domain based on substructure method is constructed,the collaborative topology optimization method based on variable design domain is proposed,and the sensitivity calculation method and variable update strategy of each unit within the macrostructure and substructure are given.At the same time,the parallel calculation method based on variable substructure is established by using parallel calculation method,which realizes the rapid design of the structure while further expanding the optimized design space by using the free configuration of the design domain.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the design of cantilever beam structure.
