摘要
在城轨系统双重预防机制的建设思想与路线实践过程中,存在具体工作缺少流程和方法支撑、不能高效实施的缺陷,为改善这种理论与实践相互割裂的现象,需要优化主动防控的业务流程。为有效实现理论方法的落地应用,采用工作分解结构(WBS)与高级Petri网映射建模的方法,构建主动防控业务整体运行路线模型,为现行或新建城轨系统提供主动防控机制的运行模板,使城轨系统的安全管理工作有迹可循,成为一个科学、耦合、高效的完整体系。
In the construction method and the route practice process of the dual prevention mechanism of urban rail system,there are defects such as lack of process and method support for specific work and inefficient implementation.In order to improve this situation of separation between theory and practice,it is necessary to optimize the business process of active prevention and control.In order to effectively realize the application of theoretical methods,a model of the overall operation route of active prevention and control business is constructed by using the work breakdown structure and advanced Petri net mapping modeling method,so as to provide an operation template of active prevention and control mechanism for existing or new urban rail systems,make the safety management of urban rail systems traceable,and become a scientific,coupled and efficient complete system.
