摘要 智能运维模式已经成为城市轨道交通运维管理发展的新趋势,建立适应新模式的管理指标体系以辅助决策是需要研究的内容。通过分析传统运维和智能运维的差异指导指标的选取;通过头脑风暴法和德尔菲法建立基于设备可靠性、设备安全性、运营质量、服务质量的维护管理指标体系,并通过层次分析法对各指标权重进行比较分析,得出智能运维模式下管理重点;以智能运维关键装备之一车辆段自巡检装备为例进行适应性分析,为城市轨道交通智能运维管理提供参考。 The intelligent O&M mode has become a new trend for O&M Management of urban rail transit.It is necessary to develop a management indicator system compatible with the new mode to assist decision-making.The indicators are selected by analyzing the differences between traditional and intelligent O&M;the maintenance management indicator system based on equipment reliability,equipment safety,operation quality and service quality is established through brainstorming method and Delphi method,and the weight of each indicator is compared and analyzed through analytic hierarchy process to obtain the key management priorities under intelligent O&M mode;the adaptability analysis is carried out by taking the depot self-inspection equipment,one of the key intelligent O&M equipment,as an example to provide a reference for intelligent O&M management of urban rail transit.
