客流-车流耦合的城轨交通运行指挥决策体系探讨

摘要 随着路网规模和客流强度的激增,超大城市轨道交通系统面临着运力运量不匹配、运力不足、延误等痛点,运营中断情况也更加频繁,其主要矛盾是日益增长的客流规模与运力在时间和空间的不匹配,列车运行依然按照计划运行图,无法适应复杂的客流变化需求。因此,遵循“客流为中心,运行为核心”的新运行模式理念,提出基于客流-车流耦合的运行指挥体系,通过客流预测、客流-车流的耦合分析和推演等手段,精准掌握线网客流的发展规律,并基于客流需求及时调整运输计划,实现运力运量的精准匹配。 With the boom of railway network scale and passenger flow intensity,megacity rail transit systems are facing pain points such as mismatch in transport capacity and traffic volume,insufficient transport capacity,train delay,etc.and operation interruption is more frequent.The main contradiction lies in that the increasing passenger flow scale does not match the transport capacity in time and space,and trains still operate according to the planned train working diagram,which cannot adapt to complex passenger flow change demands.Therefore,following the new operation mode philosophy of“passenger flow as the center and operation as the core”,a traffic control system based on passenger flow-car flow coupling is proposed.Through means such as passenger flow prediction,passenger flow-car flow coupling analysis and deduction,the development law of line network passenger flow can be accurately grasped,and the transport plan can be adjusted in time based on passenger flow demand,materializing accurate matching of transport capacity and traffic volume.
