摘要
针对四电工程信息管理过程中工程算量大、数据共享困难、资源复用率低等问题,提出基于BIM技术的四电信息集成管理平台。平台以四电工程图纸信息为基础,借助Revit软件创建工程中的构件族库,生成BIM模型云构件库和云模型库。将模型信息和工程资料相结合,实现施工信息多源协同建模;最后在BIM标准规范体系支撑下,采用EA架构理论,构建四电专业各项目可以多方参与、多阶段协同的信息管理平台。平台已在北京地铁信号项目等工程中上线应用,预期效果实现良好。
In view of the problems such as large calculation of engineering quantities,difficult data sharing and low resource reuse rate in the information management process of communication,signaling,power and electrification works,this paper proposes a BIM-based information integration management platform for communication,signaling,power and electrification works.Based on the drawing information of communication,signaling,power and electrification works,the platform creates a component family library with the help of Revit software to generate BIM model cloud component library and cloud model library.Model information is combined with engineering data to realize multi-source collaborative modeling of construction information;finally,under the support of a unified BIM standard specification system,EA architecture theory is adopted to build an information management platform that allows multi-party participation and multi-stage collaboration in each project of communication,signaling,power and electrification disciplines.The platform has been applied in Beijing Subway signaling project and other projects,and the expected effect is well achieved.
