摘要 针对传统信号设备运维管理中台账管理混乱、故障分析难度较大等问题,提出基于BIM技术的城市轨道交通信号设备运维管理方案。方案以城市轨道交通信号系统为研究对象,通过精细化建模、模型轻量化处理、数据库存储数据、接口与服务、BIM与GIS融合等技术,完成基于BIM技术的城市轨道交通信号设备运维管理系统的架构设计。系统通过对信号设备BIM模型族库的可视化管理,信号设备的动态状态显示及静态数据管理,设备状态的监测以及故障统计、历史维护等信息的查看,实现了城市轨道交通信号设备可视化、信息化、集成化、高效化管理,有利于提高信号系统的运用效率。该系统已在南昌地铁3号线应用,效果良好,可为BIM技术在城市轨道交通信号领域的发展提供借鉴。 This paper aims at developing an O&M management scheme for signal facility of urban rail transit based on BIM technology to deal with problems such as chaotic ledger management and great difficulty in fault analysis in its traditional O&M management.This scheme takes the signal system of urban rail transit as the research object,and completes the architecture design of O&M management system for its signal facility based on BIM technology through refined modeling,lightweight processing of models,database storage data,interfaces and services,BIM and GIS integration and other technologies.The system realizes the visual,informatization,integration and efficient management in signal facility of urban rail transit through its visual management of BIM model family library,dynamic status display and static data management,equipment status monitoring,fault statistics,historical maintenance and other information viewing,which is conducive to improving the operation efficiency of signal system.The system has been applied to Nanchang Metro Line 3 with good results,providing references for the development of BIM technology in the urban rail transit signal field.
