工程总承包模式下BIM技术在动车所项目中的应用

摘要 随着铁路工程总承包模式的推广,BIM在设计、建造和管理等方面表现出不同的特点,特别是设计单位作为铁路工程总承包方,BIM技术的工程应用更加凸显其复杂性。以盐通高铁南通动车所工程为例,通过分析总承包建设管理模式的特点和动车所建设管理的重点,从总承包项目BIM管理、动车所设计优化、设计交付、施工组织优化等方面研究BIM技术工程应用。实践表明,在设计单位主导的铁路工程总承包模式下,采用BIM技术有助于优化设计方案,节省工程投资,更易发挥BIM价值,进一步提高工程建设质量与管理水平。 With the promotion of Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC)mode for railway projects,BIM shows different characteristics in design,construction and management.Especially when the Designer serves as the general contractor of railway projects,the complexity of engineering application of BIM technology becomes more evident.Taking the Nantong EMU sub-depot of Yancheng-Nantong HSR as an example,this paper studies the engineering application of BIM technology from the aspects of BIM management of EPC projects,design optimization of EMU sub-depot,design delivery and construction organization optimization by analyzing the characteristics of EPC management mode and the key points of EMU sub-depot construction management.Practice shows that under the EPC mode of railway projects led by the Designer,adopting BIM technology is conducive to optimizing the design scheme,saving project investment,giving full play to the value of BIM,and further improving the quality and management level of engineering construction.
