摘要 针对铁路站房施工现场环境复杂、多方协同管理难、进度失控风险高、资料收集整理工作量巨大、信息孤岛难以共享继承等问题,以南宁北站站房建设项目为试点,搭建可视化管控平台,研究BIM+GIS在铁路站房建设项目管理中的具体应用。可视化管控平台以地理信息为基准,将BIM模型和地理场景相结合搭建数字沙盘,以信息技术为纽带,将宏观的地理环境与微观的构件信息相结合,对施工进度、质量安全、文档资料等多维度数据进行动态可视化管理。基于BIM+GIS的铁路站房可视化管控平台设计与应用对推动铁路站房施工可视化、数字化、智能化具有良好的指导借鉴意义。 The construction of railway station buildings is a complex undertaking that poses several challenges.These include complex construction site environments,multiple related parties to manage,high risks of uncontrollable progress,heavy workloads for data collection and sorting,and difficulties sharing and inheriting information.To address these challenges,a visual management and control platform has been developed,utilizing the Nanningbei station building construction project as a pilot to explore the specific application of BIM+GIS in managing railway station building construction projects.The platform is based on geographic information and combines BIM models with geographical scenes to create a digital scale model.This integration allows for dynamic visualization and management of data related to engineering quality and safety,as well as records and documents.It integrates the geographic environment at the macro level and component information at the micro level using information technology.The design and application of this visual management and control platform for railway station buildings,based on BIM+GIS,holds the potential to advance the visualization,digitalization,and intelligence of railway station building construction.
