基于EBS编码规则的城市轨道交通四电BIM云构件库搭建

摘要 在城市轨道交通建设中,基于BIM的三维建模技术得到快速推广和普及。标准化是应用BIM技术搭建高质量的构件、部品、设备族库,有效提高BIM应用效率和效果的前提。通过我国施工企业BIM族库建设现状及技术需求分析,在阐述施工企业BIM族库建设的基础上,从构件分类、编码体系、构件参数设置规范、族库建设流程、构件参数化驱动,以及族库平台系统的研发与管理等方面,介绍城市轨道交通四电BIM应用的主要研究内容。基于以上研究,实现对已有Revit族的高效管理、新建族的审核上传,保证族使用的有效性、规范性和可复用性,为提升我国城市轨道交通BIM技术整体应用水平提供借鉴。 In the construction of urban rail transit,BIM-based 3D modeling technology has been rapidly promoted and popularized.Standardization is the prerequisite for applying BIM technology to build high-quality components,parts and equipment family library and effectively improving the efficiency and performance of BIM application.Based on the analysis of the current situation and technical requirements of BIM family library construction in China’s construction enterprises and on the basis of expounding the construction of BIM family library for construction enterprises,this paper introduces the main research contents of BIM application in communication,signaling,power and electrification works for urban rail transit from the aspects of component classification,coding system,component parameter setting specification,family library construction process,component driven by parameters,as well as R&D and management of family library platform system.Based on the above research,efficient management of existing Revit families and review and uploading of new families are realized to ensure the effectiveness,standardization and reusability of families,providing references for improving the overall application level of BIM technology in urban rail transit in China.
