提升专精特新“小巨人”企业创新能力的路径研究——基于与德国隐形冠军企业的比较分析

Research on the Path to Enhance the Innovation Copability of Specialized,Refined,Distinctive and Innovative"Little Giant"Enterprises——Based on a Comparative Analysis with German Hidden Champion Firms

专精特新“小巨人”企业通常聚焦于缝隙市场,在特定产品上实现极强的专业度和较高的国内外市场占有率,是供应链产业链核心企业难以或缺的配套供应商,同时对于补齐供应链、稳定我国产业经济结构具有非常重要的作用。近年来,在鼓励企业创新政策的支持下,我国专精特新“小巨人”企业技术创新能力显著提升,尤其在研发投入和授权专利数量等方面进步明显,但与德国隐形冠军企业相比仍存在明显差距。本文通过对德国集群化创新体系和中小企业研发创新管理体系的深入分析,揭示了德国中小企业不断激发创新活力,最终进阶为隐形冠军的培育成长路径。建议我国借鉴德国经验,提升专精特新“小巨人”企业创新能力,进而使其进阶为行业隐形冠军。

Specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative"little giants"enterprises usually focus on the niche markets,achieve strong specialization in specific products and high market share at home and abroad,and are the important supporting suppliers for the core enterprises of the supply chain industry chain.Meanwhile,they play a very important role in supplementing the supply chain and stabilizing the economic structure of China's domestic industry.In recent years,with the policy support of encouraging enterprise innovation,the technological innovation capability of specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative"little giants"enterprises has been significantly im⁃proved,especially in R&D investment and the number of authorized patents.However,compared with Germany's hidden champion firms,there are still obvious weaknesses.Through in-depth analysis of Germany's clustered in⁃novation system and SMEs'R&D Innovation management system,this paper reveals the cultivation and growth path of Germany's SMEs to constantly stimulate innovation vitality and finally advance to the hidden champions.It is recommended that China should learn from the experience of Germany to enhance the innovation capabilities of specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative"little giants"enterprises and then advance to become hidden champions in the industry.
