摘要
传统平面形式的地下管线资料,已经难以直观表达地下管线间错综复杂的空间关系,地下管线参数化建模技术由此应运而生。然而,管线碰撞(管线模型交叉)问题成为了地下管线参数化建模工作中的常见问题。为此,从原始管线几何数据精度、建模算法完善程度以及模型对实体外观的复原程度三个维度,对地下管线参数化建模的数据采集、数据加工以及软件开发全流程进行复核,发现管口平面位置与实地不一致、建模采用的管线规格不准确、管线的探测位置未进行修正三项导致管线碰撞问题的主要因素,为此,给出提高数据采集精度、丰富参数设置字典以及完善建模软件算法三项应对措施,并在福州市仓山区地下管线三维建模工作中进行实践,大幅降低了管线碰撞问题的发生概率。
The traditional flat form of underground pipeline data is no longer able to intuitively express the complex spatial relationships between underground pipelines,and parameterized modeling technology for underground pipelines has emerged.However,the problem of pipeline overlapping(pipeline model intersections)has become a common problem in parameterized modeling of underground pipelines.To this end,a review of the entire process of data collection,data processing,and software development for parameterized modeling of underground pipelines was conducted from three dimensions:the accuracy of original pipeline geometric data,the completeness of modeling algorithms,and the degree of restoration of the physical appearance of the model.It was found that three main factors leading to pipeline overlapping problems were inconsistency between the pipe orifice plane position and the field,inaccurate pipeline specifications used in modeling,and uncorrected detection positions of pipelines,Three countermeasures were proposed to improve the accuracy of data acquisition,enrich the dictionary of parameter setting and improve the algorithm of modeling software.The practice was carried out in the 3D modeling of underground pipelines in Cangshan District,Fuzhou City,which greatly reduced the probability of pipeline overlapping.
