摘要
为探究多因素对高质量创新的综合效应,基于TOE框架,采用fs QCA方法,探讨在制造业企业采用区块链技术情境下,技术、组织、环境条件对促进高质量创新的路径选择。结果显示,单一要素并不构成企业高质量创新的必要条件,多因素共同驱动形成高质量创新的多种组态;存在促进高质量创新路径归纳为三种形式:组织-环境型、技术-组织型、技术-平衡型;存在导致非高质量创新路径归纳为两种形式:技术-环境型、组织型。
To explore the combined effect of multiple factors on high-quality innovation,based on the TOE framework and using the fsQCA method,this paper explores the path selection of technology,organization,and environmental conditions to promote high-quality innovation in the context of blockchain technology being adopted by manufacturing enterprises.The results show that:a single factor does not constitute a necessary condition for high-quality innovation of enterprises,and multiple factors jointly drive the formation of multiple configurations of high-quality innovation;there are three ways to promote high-quality innovation:organization-environment type,technology-organization type,technology-balance type;the existence of non-high-quality innovation paths can be summarized into two forms:technology-environmental and organizational.
