摘要
以美国量子经济发展联盟(QED-C)、欧洲量子产业联盟(QuIC)、加拿大量子工业联盟(QIC)、德国量子技术与应用联盟(QUTAC)和日本量子战略产业革命联盟(Q-STAR)为主要研究对象,从建设背景与目标、组织结构、主要举措3个维度结构化总结了国际主流量子产业联盟的建设与发展特点,同时结合中国量子产业发展现状,在量子产业顶层设计与规划、量子产业链发展、量子技术标准与路线图制定等方面提出了相关思考。
This paper takes the United States Quantum Economic Development Alliance(QED-C),the European Quantum Industry Alliance(QuIC),the Canadian Quantum Industry Alliance(QIC),the German Quantum technology and Applications Alliance(QUTAC)and the Japanese Quantum Strategic Industry Revolutionary Alliance(Q-STAR)as the main research objects,and summarizes the construction and development characteristics of the international mainstream quantum industry alliance from three dimensions of construction background and objectives,organizational structure,and main measures,At the same time,in combination with the development status of China's quantum industry,relevant thoughts are put forward on the top-level design and planning of quantum industry,the development of quantum industry chain,and the formulation of Quantum technology standards and roadmap.
