摘要
探讨数字经济对区域创新能力的驱动机制,以中国省域个体为样本,从知识产权保护角度并引入数据要素市场化构建了一个有调节的中介效应模型。结果发现,数字经济显著促进区域创新能力发展,并具有非线性特征;机制检验表明,数字经济可以通过提高区域知识产权保护水平作用于区域创新能力;数据要素市场化负向调节于数字经济对区域创新能力的直接预测作用,正向调节于知识产权保护的中介前半路径;进一步研究得出,区域知识产权的发展优势将转化为数字经济拉动区域创新能力的动能,且拉动效应在东部地区最强,中部次之,西部最弱。研究揭示了数字经济对区域创新能力的影响规律,为区域创新能力标准体系建设提供理论和政策启示。
This paper discusses the driving mechanism of digital economy on regional innovation capability.Taking Chinese provincial individuals as samples,a moderated intermediary effect model is constructed from the perspective of intellectual property protection and the introduction of marketization of data elements.The results show that the digital economy significantly promotes the development of regional innovation capabilities and has non-linear characteristics;the mechanism test shows that the digital economy can affect regional innovation capabilities by improving the level of regional intellectual property protection;the marketization of data elements negatively regulates the direct prediction effect of the digital economy on regional innovation capabilities,and positively regulates the intermediary first half of intellectual property protection.Further research shows that the development advantages of regional intellectual property rights will be transformed into the kinetic energy of the digital economy to stimulate regional innovation capabilities,and the pulling effect is the strongest in the eastern region,followed by the central region,and the weakest in the west.The study reveals the law of the influence of the digital economy on regional innovation capabilities,and provides theoretical and policy implications for the construction of regional innovation capability standard systems.
