Research on the Formation and Evolution of Digital Dynamic Capabilities of Leading Enterprises on Industrial Internet Platforms:An Exploratory Longitudinal Case Study Based on Huawei

为揭示工业互联网平台领先企业数字化动态能力的内涵及构念,采用探索性纵向案例研究方法,以华为技术有限公司为研究对象,分析显示,其数字化动态能力主要包括数字化机会捕获能力、数字化知识耦合能力以及数字化生态治理能力,其形成受到数字资产超网络嵌入、数字化双元创新机制的影响与作用,经历企业场域蓄能、工业场域赋能、全场域使能3个成长演化阶段,具有阶层迭代性,不同层级数字化动态能力支撑不同场域价值生态创新绩效。研究发现更深层次揭示工业互联网平台领先企业数字化动态能力的形成与演化机制。

In order to reveal the connotation and concept of the digital dynamic capability of the leading enterprises of the industrial Internet platform,the exploratory vertical Case study method is adopted,and Huawei is taken as the research object,which mainly includes the digital opportunity capture capability,digital knowledge coupling capability,and digital ecological governance capability.Its formation is affected and affected by the digital asset super network embedding,digital dual innovation mechanism,and experienced enterprise field energy storage There are three stages of growth and evolution,namely industrial field empowerment and full field empowerment,with"hierarchical iteration".Different levels of digital dynamic capabilities support the innovation performance of different field value ecosystems.This study reveals at a deeper level the formation and evolution mechanism of digital dynamic capabilities of leading enterprises on industrial internet platforms.
