科技的不断发展和广泛应用在带给人们极大便利的同时,也引发了人们对其伦理问题的不断探讨。科技伦理不是单方面的道德规范,而是在科技的功利效应与伦理的道义效应之间寻求一种平衡,以求得“真”与“善”的统一。转基因技术之争本质上是人的价值观念的冲突,它所体现的争议也是现代科技发展所面临的巨大挑战。科技伦理最终都要落脚于解决人与科技的关系这一问题上。增强责任感、提高对科技的认识能力、通过法律制度规范人们的行为、发挥舆论的引导和影响作用,是科技伦理问题解决的可能途径。

The continuous development and widespread application of technology not only bring great convenience to people,but also trigger continuous exploration of its ethical issues.Technological ethics is not a unilateral moral norm,but rather seeks a balance between the utilitarian effect of technology and the moral effect of ethics to achieve the unity of“truth”and“goodness”.The controversy over genetically modified technology is essentially a conflict of human values,and the controversy it embodies is also a huge challenge faced by the development of modern technology.Technological ethics ultimately have to settle on the issue of solving the relationship between humans and technology.Enhancing a sense of responsibility,enhancing awareness of technology,regulating people’s behavior through legal systems,and exerting the guidance and influence of public opinion are possible ways to solve ethical issues in science andtechnology.
