摘要
社会化专业的分工,使得企业无法拥有其发展所需的所有资源和能力,供应链治理逐渐受到社会的重视。我国民营企业如何运用供应链治理突破自身能力和资源的局限,布局国际市场,是目前创新型生产企业亟待解决的问题。文章从企业主体属性和交易属性两个维度构建了企业发展进程中简易交易型、嵌入依附型、核心主导型、集成协作型等四种供应链治理模式,并采用案例研究方法对其深入分析,验证理论模型,构建供应链治理模式的动态演进框架,试图为我国中小企业的治理实践提供具有启发意义的建议。
The specialized division of labor in socialization makes it impossible for enterprises to have all the resources and capabilities necessary for their development,and supply chain governance is gradually receiving attention from society.How to use supply chain governance to break through the limitations of their own capabilities and resources,and layout the international market,is currently an urgent problem for innovative production enterprises in China.The article constructs 4 supply chain governance models in the process of enterprise development,namely simple transaction model,embedded dependency model,core dominant model,and integrated collaboration model,from two dimensions of enterprise entity attribute and transaction attribute.It uses case study methods to conduct in-depth analysis,validate theoretical models,and construct a dynamic evolution framework of supply chain governance models,attempting to provide enlightening suggestions for the governance practice of small and medium sized enterprises in China.
