The Structure,Significance,and Development Mechanism of Teacher’s Core Reflection

摘要 教师的成长离不开有效反思。根据科萨根核心反思理论,教师可以通过核心反思接触真实的自我,感知其核心品质和自我理想,在反思中平衡对其思维、情感、需求和行动的关注。为了提高教师反思的有效性,教师自身需加强学习,提高反思意识,关注核心品质,激发内在动机,实践核心反思。同时,教育管理部门也应改善评价机制,构建核心反思共同体,创设良好的反思环境。 The growth of teachers cannot be separated from effective reflection.According to the Corsagan’s core reflection theory,teachers can come into contact with their true selves through core reflection,perceive their core qualities and self-ideals,and balance their attention to their thinking,emotions,needs,and actions in reflection.In order to improve the effectiveness of teacher’s reflection,teachers themselves need to strengthen their learning,enhance their awareness of reflection,focus on core qualities,stimulate internal motivation,and practice core reflection.At the same time,the education administrative department should also improve the evaluation mechanism,build a core reflection community,and create a good reflection environment.
